Bankruptcy Fraud is a Crime

Well, to insure that people are declaring everything, the Executive Office of the United States Trustee has put together a handy little website to allow your ex, your neighbors or your co-workers to  report they suspect you are hiding income.  Yeah, you think, but this is only $2,500.00.  Who would really worry about whether I didn’t declare a measly $2,500 in my bankruptcy case in Colorado?  Isn’t that the point?  It is only $2,500.  It is not worth it.
